A Shoebee is what on the old Nickolodeon show, "rocket Power" was the local nickname for a tourist. Tourists were called a shoe-bee because of how they wear sneakers or socks under sandals to the beach.

Shobogan Hogan part 1

the technical term to define a sexual encounter that may occur while traveling to West Virgina for a ski trip.
