when you are confused but in the saddest way. kinda like when you think you might have depression but you dont want to self diagnose. symptoms include lack of appetite, dehydration, the inability to changes clothes, constantly making sad spotify playlists because ‘they make me happy for some reason’, and numbness.

ex: Y/N, you havent come out of your room in days! are you sadfused?\
ex: after i finally cried for the first time in months, i realized how sadfused i really was.
