Get the reyof mug.A Retoft is a worker who might otherwise be called a "Retard" when they do something stupid or just wont have a go, however the "ard" in Retard sounds like "hard" These people don't deserve this high honour of being a "retard" because they are just too SOFT. Calling these people a Retard would be insulting to the genuinely disadvantaged.
