red light district

A Red Light District is a section of town usually devoted to prostitution or other illegal/immoral behavior. Red Light Districts are usually found in larger cities, although some smaller towns might as well be Red Light Districts because the prostitution is so heavy anyway.

Hell no, I won't date her! If I was that desprate, I'd go to a red light district and pick up a dirty whore!

Red Light Express

The phenomenon that occurs when a person is very much in a hurry to arrive at a designated location (I.E. meeting, job interview, date, rendezvouz, etc.) but hits every red light on the way said location, causing him or her to arrive significantly later than expected

Guy #1: "Hey man, I thought you said you were gonig to be here in ten minutes?"

Driver: "I would have been if I didn't hit the Red Light Express all the way over here."
