Something you should call your next door neighbor especially if they are obese, annoying, and always yells "GET OFF MY LAWN!" or something else like that.

Neighbor: You kids better get out of my lawn!
Kid 1: Mr Nebbercracker is such a Pugad Baboy.
Kid 2: Yeah.

Portuguese slang word for the verb "to mastubate".

pubar

A somewhat derrogatory term for people from India or their decendents.

Tanmaya and Chinmaya are pubars with tradtional pubari names.

Use is sometimes analagous to the "N" word. When used by whites, especially the English, the term is very offensive to Indians. However, when used among Indians the term is an expression of friendship and brotherhood. Examples include, "Hey, what's up Pubar?"; "Yo, Pubs (pronounced pooh-bs)"; "You're my pubar, son."

pugalier

A designer dog, crossed between a pug and a king charles cavalier. The pugalier looks like a pug but has a slightly longer nose and is more slender, with fewer health problems.

That's a wicked looking pug-cross, is it a pugalier?

Describing a male with feminine traits or characteristics (pussy). When tired of using the derogatory term this word was created to give it more acceptance to a broader spectrum of humanity. This word originated in Orange County CA.

I was out fishing at Crowley Lake with my friend Walt. We were fishing for native German brown trout. They are known for their voracious appetite and fighting ability when on the line. After Walt was done bring in his fish and taking it off the hook and putting it on the stringer his thumb and fore finger were grazed by the sharp teeth. He starts shaking his hand, drops the fish & wines like a little girl. I tell him to Man Up & quit acting like a PUSARRIO
