Directly proportional

A mathematical relationship between two things that can be given by the equation y = kx, where k is a constant value.
In other words, when one object increases, another increases by the same amount.

The chance of toast hitting the buttered side-up is directly proportional to the cost of the carpet.

pinch proportions

Artistic proportions, most often applied to females, in which some body parts seem to be pinched to incredibly skinny measures, while others seem ballooned to unnecessarily large sizes. Most often used where a woman's waistline is pinched to the point where internal organs cannot possibly exist, and her breasts (and/or head) are ballooned to incredibly disproportionate sizes.

People really need to stop drawing with pinch proportions. These people are starting to look like aliens.

when you're reading slash (mlm) and the author has clearly assigned a "boy and a girl"- one character is incredibly well built and macho whilst the other is the skinniest twink to have ever twunk. commonly found in fanfiction from wattpad.

someone: i'm reading this spideypool fic rn and spiderman's got those yaoi proportions
someone else: you you mean a slutty little waist despite having the upper body strength of a god?
someone: exactly
