Procrastinate

Manifesting actions or work between 24 - 48 hours in which said action/work is required, under the logic "as time passes one will be older and therefore wiser; henceforth by procrastinating the best, smartest and most capable work is being put forth."

Teacher: You must stop procrastinating.
Student: I passed.
Teacher: But bad habits-
Student: Hush now, I passed.

OR

Parent: Don't you have a test on Friday? Shouldn't you start studying?
Child: But it's Wednesday...
Parent: You can't wait until the day of the test!
Child: But I'll be older, therefore wiser. (Procrastinate)

OR

"I'll do it tomorrow."

When your sperm is lazy and decides to reach an embryo at the last possible moment causing the child to be born unfinished or defective.

Friend 1: Oh, I didn't know your cousin had Down Syndrome.

I wanted to really ham it up in front of my similarly-crude-minded buddies, but a dignified lady happened by to chat, so I procrasstinated till she'd left so an not to offend her.

The act of delaying a shit purely due to laziness or lack of willingness to get up.

This can be due to the engagement in an activity such as drinking, being in the cinema, watching TV or chatting with friends.

"Man, I was bursting for a shit, but I was watching TV so I just procraptinated for a bit."

"I so would've won that poker game if I could've procraptinated for longer!"

procrastinate

Engaging in acts of pleasure that may otherwise distract you from completing day to day tasks.

I procrastinated last night before bed, causing me to stay up later than intended. I overslept and decided to procrastinate before work. My life feels chaotic because I am always procrastinating. Some may suggest that I need an intervention, but I don't necessarily want one. Fear of failure may lead someone to procrastinate.
