When you want to just scream Nigger into a crowd but don't want your ass beat. You can scream Neeeyaaahhhh instead to imply you're screaming Nigger but can then just pretend that you didn't and tell everyone you just screamed some jibberish.

Friend 1: Man, there is like 200 people at this conference.

Friend 2: Yea and look at all these Black people.

neefer (neef, nef, or nefer) is a word that can be used at any time, anyplace, and have any meaning you would like. it can be a noun, verb, adjective, adverb, etc. its basically the neeferest word ever.

"oh my gosh, you're such a neef! i cannot believe you would do that!" or "wow, that's the neeferest thing i've ever heard you say; so inspiring" or "go nef a neef you neefer!"

1.The art of changing someone's facebook or myspace status to an out of date song lyric to make them look foolish and out of touch socially.
2. Being utterly creepy and getting domed up by heavy set women while trying to maintain the image of liking more attractive girls.

2. He took home a girl that's a thrower on the track team. She had to weigh at least 225 pounds. He totally neefed out last night.
