Marinette Dupain-Cheng is a Parisian-Chinese 14-year-old girl, staring in the hit animated TV show, “Miraculous Ladybug: Tales of Ladybug and Chat Noir”. She’s clumsy, kind, pretty, and admirable. She’s one of the many fans of Adrien Agreste and likes Adrien, however, Adrien doesn’t like her back because she’s “just a friend”. When an Akuma comes and Akumatizes a Parisian, Marinette turns into the beloved superhero we all know and love, Ladybug. However, nobody knows her identity. At the end of season 3: part 2, she becomes the Guardian of the Miraculi. It’s revealed in season two that she tells her best friend, Alya Cesaire, that she is Ladybug.

Adrien: Hey Marinette! Your a really good friend.
Marinette: Oh.. Hah! You thank! I mean- Thanks you- I mean- Thank you! Um.. Yep! That’s me! Marinette!
