CHRIS LENT 

Chris Lent is currently the keys/headbanging in From First To Last.
He was their drum tech before joining the band. He became official in the summer of 2008. Before being in FFTL, he was in a band called Dead Reckless with FFTL bassist Matt Manning. He is a total sweetheart. I'd know, I got to hnag out with the guy.

Vegas Lent 

A term for the period of 40 days prior to a trip to Las Vegas, typically used to prepare by drinking, practicing your gambling strategy and creating Excel spreadsheets of what you want to do and wear (especially which shoes to take). Originated on the longest running travel podcast.

It's 41 days until my trip to Vegas that means Vegas Lent starts tomorrow

Pagan's Lent 

The period time between the last day of Mardi Gras and St. Patrick's Day when nonreligious people give up something, sometimes alcohol or drugs. A time for a brief body cleanse. Done to fulfill a spiritual need or to have something to share at work with friends and the more devout. Not meant to disparage actual pagans.

Phil: Hey do you want to go get some drinks and hit the clubs later;

Ralph: I'll go out but I'm not drinking for Pagan's Lent. I'll take a johnny though...

Atheist Lent 

Atheist Lent, originating in Colorado, is a popular holiday that is not tied to any single day and usually occurs multiple times per year.

It consists of 3 days of total deprivation, where followers abstain from all sexual activity and deprive their bodies of food and alcohol. Some lesser atheists eat small portions of raw fruits, nuts and vegetables, while the enlightened drink only water or their own urine for the 3 days and eat nothing (refered to as Joeing).

The night before Atheist Lent is kicked off with a large feast and night of intense and extended sexual activity.

Conventionally, the day following Atheist Lent, participants’ party, go boating, boarding, camping, etc… and consume large quantities of alcohol to take full advantage of the body’s ability to get drunk easier. Participants usually end up naked and passed out.

I'm the 'master of my domain,' I just survived Atheist Lent and can't wait to get drunk and play naked ping pong!

fraudu-lent

fraudu-lent is the time of year that is the inverse of the standard lent. instead of giving up a bad habit or addiction, one should take up a vice for the duration of the lenten season. the new activity should be something one never engages in during the rest of the year.

vices should also not be repeated in consecutive years.

jamey: I gave up smoking for lent. what did you give up?
eric: I actually took on raping and pillaging for fraudu-lent.
