a culinary knife used by Frank Reynolds (played by Danny DeVito) of cult hit sit-com It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia to scrape foul matter from beneath his toenails, causing other characters to comment on their disgust. The knife is probably riddled with disease. Frank uses the knife for other things such as eating.

City kite

The flimsy plastic bags you get from most every store that becomes litter, mostly when taken by the wind.
