A combination of the Ketogenic, or Keto, diet and the Paleo diet. Many people have adopted the Paleo diet (eating like our hunter-gather ancestors) which means no grains, legumes, processed foods, sugar, etc. Now more and more people have switched to the Keto diet (a high fat and very low carb diet which forces the body to burn fats rather than carbs since we normally burn carbs for fuel, but if there is very little in the diet, the body will burn the fat for fuel through a process called ketosis).
