K9999 - pronounced as Kay Four-Nine
is a violent and unstable man, and appears as a member of Nests cartel in
The king of fighters 2001 by SNK .

He was created to replace krizalid from

Kof 99 .

The only person he likes or gets along
With is his female friend Ángel.

K9999 fights with his polymorphic arm. The arm can transform into claws, blades of different sizes and shapes, and into a shotgun and wears a Blue Glove to control

His unstable powers . He was later reintroduced in kof xv with a new identity

Krohnen McDougall.

K9999 character design was heavily inspired by the villain character Tetsuo Shima from the 1988 film Akira
Right down to having the same voice actor

Nozomu Sasaki. While he looks like chirico cuvie from Votoms.

commonly held myth among SNK fans was that K9999 had been disowned by SNK to avoid lawsuit from AKIRA distributor Toho and/or creator Katsuhiro Otomo.

A dog police force that is meant to sniff out drugs, and bad guys. They know how to attack and send their opponent on the ground bleeding and crying and eventually die if there were not their handlers to arrest them and let them bleed out as they give them a ticket for fleeing the law and going 5 MPH over the speed limit in a 80 km/h zone.

But sometimes if your luck they will shoot you before they let the hounds loose on you. Just like Mr. Burns from the Simpsons who always lets the hounds loose on trespassers like Girl scouts and orphans!

Mark: Why you running
Kevin: Cause the K-9's are after me
Mark: You better run they bit off Matt's balls last week!

Example 2:
Burns: Release the hounds!
Smithers: Their out for cleaning
Burns: Well you go get them then!
Smithers: Right away, Sir! Bark!
