Jim Jams

To get all nervous jittery and hyper, acting like a total spazz
can lead to escapees and other various accidents
can happen when extremely drunk or stoned, or even sober which is the more rare form of the jim jams.

Usually acknowledged by the yell of "I've got the Jim Jams!" followed by squirming.

After a few drinks she had the jim jams so bad she fell off the couch yelling "I've got the Jim Jams!"
