A person from Japan who has spent a lot of time in America and has been significantly influenced by both countries. Quite often they no longer feel like they fit fully into either culture.
Nami is such a Japarican now. Since she got back from the US she always wants to go to Japanese restaurants, but she always complains about the portions being too small.

And occasionally they will throw on a fake accent. If you see a Jafaican don't ask them for weed. Because for some strange reason they usually don't smoke.
