James-"We mostly make our profits through the internet."

Local Stoner-"The internetion which you encounter must be important for your businesses."

James & Clayton- "Yes. Yes it is......."

Adjective:
Describes a condition whereas a person is incredibly inept at being able to use and/or navigate the Internet. (Internet + Retarded)

While I was showing our client our new website, I discovered she was intertarded when he ask, "do I have to double click on the link thingies?"
