Insurgineering

Purposely, or unintentionally, introducing errors into code/software and committing it to the change control server, thereby screwing the next person that tries to make a change.

Phil's Software Change Notice: Fixed a bug where apples were being stored in the oranges tracking database.
Reality: Phil is a dick, he's bitter, and purposely now stores apples under bananas. He is insurgineering the code.
Me: Phil has joined the dark, he has joined the insurgineers and is now introducing bugs on purpose. I hate him.
