Small town in Oregon with nothing. Home of the Bull Dogs, and a bunch of mexicans.
Known for the Umitilla county fair, and their large production of watermelons.
This town is good for nothing except Slurpees and boys who cheat on their girlfriends.
Pendleton is the rival of Hermiston, and P-town is better in every way.

Hesis is a term used to refer to an outlandish theory or highpothesis made while high on marijuana. These theories tend to be conspiratorial in nature and tend to occur during an attack of paranoia.

A portmanteau of "hesitant" and "resistant" popularized in the fall of 2006 by a frontline editor/social co-ordinator of the St. John's Law Review when she could not decide which of the two words to use...so she used both at the same time.

Now, i know some of you (as future attorneys) may be embarrassed or just plain hesistant in dressing up on such a silly holiday, but we have provided you with incentive to do so.
