A car primarily used for transporting groceries, as the name implies. It can also be used to refer to a car used for A-B transport only.

My daily car's nothing special - it's a bone stock grocery getter.

1) A hotel seemingly in the ghetto.
2) A hotel that is far away from the sites and attractions of the city that you are visiting.
3) Any lower-tier chain of a major hotel brand - i.e. A Courtyard Marriott.

Matt: "Where are you staying this week during the conference? The Marriott? Hyatt?"
Jennifer: "No, I am staying in some ghettel 24 miles and 45 minutes of traffic away."
