People that used to be fat when they were young but lost all their weight and became hot and still have a good personality. They are not cocky people because being fat made them more grounded.

Get the fat people syndrome mug.Caused by the fat person's feelings that society looks down on them for being fat. Usually more common in females since they are typically more ostracized for being overweight.
Victims become obsessed with losing weight or (unfortunately, more commonly) just trying to make themselves appear less fat.
Diet pills, miracle weight loss programs, etc etc.
Talking about exersize/eating well, caring WAY too much about dressing nicely (even in casual situations).
Some try to be overly sexual, ie hugs to EVERYONE, tattoos (esp. tramp stamps), dressing like sluts, being strippers, talking about sexual things, overall trying to make themselves more sexy
Unfortunately, attempts are usually counterproductive. Trying to act slim only pisses people off and makes them notice obesity more.
Closely related to short people syndrome

Get the fat people syndrome mug.This is a syndrome seen amongst men who wear their ties with overly large, exaggerated fat knots. Often, the ties these men are found to be wearing can be seen in colours such as pink and lavender; and patterns such as multi-coloured stripes, dots and paisleys.
Men who fall prey to this syndrome typically work for private financial organisations, investment banks; and consultancies.
These men display an arrogant, superior air. There is much false confidence shown. At times it can also be observed there is a direct correlation between the width of the knot and the amount of arrogance present.
Many of these men suffered financially in the recent global financial crisis. Organisations such as Babcock and Brown and Macquarie Group, two companies that employ many men with fat knot syndrome, have seen their share prices fall dramatically.
It is not uncommon for men who have fat knot syndrome to simultaneously suffer from small penis syndrome and/or short man syndrome. When more than one syndrome is present this is of distinct dislike amongst the female population.

Generally, heel injuries are the most common causing the person to limp like a chodus maximus. Be aware that a person limping might not have "fat man syndrome," but instead chode spasms.
That kid limping looks like an idiot because of his heel; we probably have another case of "fat man syndrome."
