Excuser-User

That person who has an excuse for anything and everything. No matter what the responsibility needing to be done was, or how easily it could have been done, the Excuser-User will not complete this task. They will simply supply you with some bull-crap excuse for not doing it.

person 1: Hey did you finish that paper?
person 2: Nah, I was too busy.
person 1: You had ten hours to do it last night!
person 2: Well yea, but I went bowling with my friends and then took my dog for a walk and when I got back, CNN was on...
person 1: God, you're such an excuser-user.

Derived from the word "Excuse".It is tendency/Disease/Regular behaviour of making excuse for every poor performance.In simpler words,giving excuses for everything and trying to back their faults

person2:-i think the pencil isnt dark enough
person1:-dude,you are EXCUSITIS

scooter-excuse

A person who consistently turns up at scooterist related events and rallies, with no scooter.

They may well relate merry tales such as 'scooter is in the workshop/broken down/being done up/lent out', although the truth is, (even if they own a scooter at all) they have no intention of going to scooter events on a scooter as a car/van are more convenient and mean they can also fill the campsite with chav-tat such as generators/gazebos and BBQs.
They may use minor injuries (long ago healed) or family members/children as an excuse.

In the 80's for 6 months the scooter-excuse did a few local rallies on a scooter, then they disappeared for 20 years and here they are again -patches covering their flight jackets -none of which they have been to or ridden to- big on talk, small on content.

Opinion on anything technical/engineering should only be taken at your peril as they know less than a 16 year old on a twist and go.

Morning After Excuse

This is the excuse one comes up with the morning after they stayed out late watching a sporting advent, or went out and partied to hard. Often a lame , last minuted excuse that no one buys into. More than likely excessive drinking, and cocaine have a role in ones lifestyle.

Joe's morning after excuse was weak as usual. Obviously the Eagles played last night.

Papa doesn't even need a morning after excuse. He reeks of liquor.
