to restrain and tickle a person. usually performed by two or more people with one person restraining the "culetted" while the other person(s) do the "culetting". tickles are performed until the person usually passes out.

Ex. 1 - Hey Phil, lets culette Jon in his sleep... he'll never see it coming...

Ex. 2 - PAUL!!!!! stop culetting me you fucking fag!!!!
