in foot massage and/or reflexology... slang term for lumps, bumps etc. the therapist usually finds in a client's feet... usually calcium and mineral deposits.

Somewhat inadvertent "crunches," or quick contractions of the abdomen, that some women perform during orgasm; especially during multiple orgasms.

Alternatively known to as "O-sit-ups."
