A person who moves to a state with medical marijuana with the intent of profiteering in the medical marijuana industry. typically no discression is used in advertising and general business ethics. It is typical for a cannabagger to sell an inferior product (typically grown outside of the state) at an inflated price. Little to no respect is given to local businesses, laws, or society in general by a cannabagger.

Cannabaggers have been known to use medical marijuana to cover up their illegal marijuana businesses in other states.
