Someone who's attracted to trans people more than normal people.
You would find them trying to pick up a trans person online or in real life by flirting or any other type of way, and they are more focused on trans people than normal people.

Peter: Yo this new kid called John is such a chaser, I see him trying to pick up this trans woman in our school!
