An individual whose comedic timing leaves much to be desired. A joke buzzard will absorb a joke, process it, and sit on it...until three months after the joke ceases to be funny, when the J.B. will swoop down with an unfunny joke like a hawk on crack and killing any conversation in its path.

A Rosie O'Donnell joke? Seriously? This guy's a freakin' joke buzzard. There are buildings younger than that lame one-liner.

Bizzah

A type of laughter, which in general never really sounds very humorous but in fact still is a sign of laughing. It is Mostly said in times of others misfortune, and is rarely seen as laughing at something that is actually generally seen as funny.

Nearly always Bizzah is said as a lasting note:

Bizzzzzzzzzzzzzzzah
Is often how it is usually said.

P1: Ah man my new PC has smoke coming from it and its broken now

P2: Bizzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzah

P1: What the hell was that ouch
P2: Looks like a worthers original P1: (Cries)
