People who , as much as possible , speak or preach by using a bullhorn/megaphone , so everyone can hear them talk , no matter what & where or how !!!! Only to , purposely looking for attention !!!! It can be very annoying (&) disturbed to the crowd , almost like jamming a happening (attention-seekers) !!!!

Sorry , but the preacher knows (s)he's not at the right place (concert / motorclub-meeting , etc ....) , and in such ways , being bullhorny isn't a useful thing , you will get a full opposite effect !!!!

People who are using a (mega) bullhorn/megaphone , no matter what & where or how , only to purposely (provoke) looking for attention !!!! It can be very annoying (&) disturbed to the crowd , almost like jamming a happening (attention seeker) (outside a concert , motorcycle meeting , ....) !!!! In some cases it's used for a real bad nasty speech habit (provocation) !!!!

Guys who always "love" to use a megaphone (bull horn) , so everyone can hear them talking or yelling at a protest . Or when used in a bad or negative way , they are attention seekers (interrupting or jamming a meeting/protest on purpose) .
