A psychological phenomenon where an individual suffers great mental damage when facing an opponent with "Bond" in the name.

Common effects are: shivering, crying, blaming your team instead of yourself for everything, mental booming.

The Sponge Effect describes the situation where a person does an action, that they have done enough times to make it semi-automatic. Semi-automatic meaning that they do not remember the action in details subsequently.
