Another stupid class that special ed kids are often forced into. You can end up with this if the teacher or parents think you can't speak right and may need therapy, usually due to a mental disorder or learning disability. It usually takes place once every one to two weeks and often takes place during one of your other classes or free time.

I was in speech therapy for every grade I was in during my elementary and junior high years. It sucked all because my parents and teachers thought I couldn't speak right.

Tyrone Therapy

When you and your girl break up, she goes out and finds a big black man (a.k.a. Tyrone) to have relations with. Done usually to make herself feel better about the break up (or similar traumatic event).

Guy: "My best girl and I broke up for the tenth time last night. I saw her walking around today with Tyrone."
Guy's friend: "Forget about her. She's out getting some Tyrone therapy."

Big Therapy

Used to represent the idea that therapy is a pyramid scheme. Basically the idea that people who need therapy go and advertise it to everyone and says vague stuff like “everyone needs a little therapy” and advertise that in schools, on TV and stuff without actually explaining what therapy is and why they need it.

Dr: “I mean chronic illness is really hard to deal with, you should try therapy.”
Patient: “no.”
Dr: “well we all need some therapy.”
Patient: “oh but that’s what they want you to think. Big therapy just says that so that they can sell more therapies.

Easy to learn and remember when laughing. Crosses all barriers. Transcends separation and disconnection. Lifts all good hormones/chemicals.

Being a beginner means being willing to suck at trying something new. I seek discomfort so it’s a win-win. I call that humor therapy when I can crack myself up.

talk therapy

A place where you go to lean in a couch or (even worse) lie flat on a surface, allowing your spine to drift into dissociation while babbling on and on about the same trauma patterns recurring via different manifestations in your life every week so that you get that momentary release only to be sucked back into the patterns the next week all in service of being a line item of $250 per hour in the revenue charts of the Western Medicine business model that wants your patterns to continue so that it could keep minting $$$

I've been feeling very embodied lately and really miss the good old dissociative blabbering days so I booked a talk therapy session to experience that.

Grand Theft Auto Therapy

A therapy session purely done by playing Grand Theft Auto video games. The concept is simple: Kill and Destroy everything, show absolutely no mercy and fuck everything. Works well after a stressful day or when your favorite sports team lose, or do it anytime after a stress inducing event. Not recommended for children, please use responsibly.

Person A: MY FAVORITE TEAM JUST LOST I'M FUCKING ANGRY
Person B: Calm down mate, just do a Grand Theft Auto Therapy instead
Person A: WHAT THE FUCK DOES THAT DO?!
Person B: Trust me

*Person A does 1 hour of GTA, destroying everything* *6 star and absolute chaos in game*

Person B: Better or not?
Person A: Much Better, now I'm calmer
