Get the bratmug. Brat obviously means someone who's acting mean, probably spoiled, feels like they own the world, way too money hungry, etc (anything you could think of that is bad). But remember not all brats are like that, they might be good people but that doesn't speak about their behaviors towards everyone even you, unless you look through their backstory.
Apparently there's this Russian word called "Brat" which means "Brother" and there's also a movie called brat, it's literary called "Brat" or "Brother" (if you prefer) released in 1997 in Russia there's also "Brat 2" but set in America.

Liposuction surgery to look young to rape child’s babies and teens and then lie and said they rape them and attack them and lock them up in prison. And when they get out. They change their looks and do it all over again. And even the first time they change the person identity and age to be way older like they did to their selves to make them way younger. And do it again several years later with a new young identity because they is obsessed. A nymph which is a sick ass sex addict , and a psychopath acting like a spoiled as brat. They even have people in police ,‘judges , prosecutors , defense lawyers , probation office , both sides of parole board and parole office with parole agents to get away with this shit. I doubt any president could stop them or world leader. I mean country leader.
