The radicalisation of someone means their conversion to an extreme point of veiw.

Mostly used to describe suicide bombers influenced by radical Islam.
He was radicalised during his time in Iraq.

The series of radicalisations at universities was a cause of concern.

radicality

A quality that describes a person with radical thoughts and ideas. Radical, as in an extremist, rebellious, and revolutionary kind of way.

It can't really be used in a sentence, because it may not sound right, but hey, it's better than radicalness.

radical feminism

A hate-speech movement which aims to eliminate the rights of men and non-feminist women and deny people the freedom of speech. Adherents of the movement use the actions of men and an imaginary "patriarchy" as an excuse for why there lives are so pathetic and unfulfilled.
Grace belives in radical feminism and therefore blames the "patriarchy" for the sad state of affairs that is her life.
