As I walked down the street, I had the eerie feeling that I was being watched. Must have been a window phantom.

Wax Paper Pact

A mutual agreement, or unwritten rule, between bros. It states that if a situation presents it's self that a girl needs to be double teamed, they will take the extra time to slip a piece of wax paper between each others ball sack to avoid friction and gayness. Also see Wax Pappered.
