But, I actually don't want a response from you, because I am quite impatient and most likely angry, which is why I quickly follow up with (out). Over and Out = my rant is finished. The phrase is like "Over my dead body!", just for vampires, because they can only be killed by ripping them in pieces and afterwards burning them up. Then there are only the ashes left, so it can only be "over their pile of ashes".
