A delicious and best burrito found in Faxican eateries, also known as a Cali Burrito. It is native to Southern California. The California Burrito consists of carne asada, cheese, Guacamole and French fries or potatoes rolled into a flour tortilla. Sour cream may be substituted for guacamole, though this not a true Cali burrito, just an imposter.
