A megalomanic of low skill or competence who has just enough power or authority to make one's life miserable. A Bock can usually be appeased with fawning or flattery.

The gangsta way of saying Scottay - similar to dude,bro,son,dawg.
Can also be used as a greeting or goodbye. I gotsta go guys. Borakacha!!

For example:
Aight borakacha! I feel ya.
Beam me up borakacha

as oppose to:

Aight Scottay! I feel ya..
