An unremarkable term from the 90's meaning a person who is smart turns out to be a loner and is obviously stupid. First coined by Ami Mizuno in the Sailor Moon series.

Ami: Melvin told me about you. He said you thought I would be a total snob.
Serena: It was just gossip. (dreamily stares at Ami for no apparent reason ~)
Ami: I also heard you guys think I'm a Brain Farm Reject.

Person/persons who obviously have something up their butt, but (no punn intended) feel the need to take it out on everyone else who is undeserving. These people must have everything thing "just so" , in order and are consumed w/ detail. If things aren't going "their way", they will often resort to nagging, bitching, complaining and even delegating tasks/chores in order to have order/control.

Also associated w/ but not limited to control freak and meticulous

He/she is so anal retentive that they flip-a-bitch at the very sight of anything that is not "just so" and must organize immediately!

The All-American Rejects

A band who is different from the majority of modern pop-punk bands, and a notable guilty pleasure of many people. They have had a fan base for quite some time, as they have been a band since 2001, as opposed to many pop-punk bands starting around 2005.

Someone: Do you like Forever the Sickest Kids?
Me: No.
Someone: Do you like Mayday Parade?
Me: No.
Someone: The All-American Rejects?
Me: Yes! This is because they're much different from those other pop-punk bands.
