A speeding truck who is a major character in most isekai anime/manga. It appears at the very beginning and hits the main protagonist dead, causing him or her to be reincarnated in another world as a slime or whatever.

Alice: So let me get this straight... "Truck-kun" appears at the start of every isekai... runs over the main protagonist... and causes them to be reincarnated in another world?

Truck on Concrete

This is a sex position where the male is seen swinging from the ceiling and the other person is laying flat.
