The millennial version of “the Karen”. An otherwise subpar and ineffectual woman of the millennial generation that will overcompensate for her lack of competence and ability by being a pain in everyone else’s ass, tout how capable they are regardless of a all evidence pointing to the contrary and will cry in public or the workplace if she feels anyone is being critical of her or otherwise bruises her fragile ego.
“I can’t believe she showed up to the staff meeting and tried coming off as an expert and then starting crying when the senior management pointed out she was mistaken about her understanding of what was being discussed and that having an undergrad degree from Phoenix university doesn’t make you an expert in anything.
