A boost of energy, whether it is physical, mental, or spiritual, that allows one to keep on keepin' on. Most often spurred by listening to the Wu Tang Clan or any other dope MC's from the 90's.

I'm gonna need a Wu boost to get through school today. I'm gonna need a Wu boost to deal with my boo tonight.
