Shoot and Hang

To shoot and hang yourself is a humorous reference to suicide, made by the absurd nature of killing yourself in two ways at once. Can also be used as a threat of murder (shooting) followed by a cover-up of suicide (hanging). Also humourous, because it would very clearly not be suicide.
