Patano - noun. a derogatory name to call someone, used mainly in the San Gabriel Valley region of Southern California. Meaning - stupid, ignorant, mentally ill, bitch, crazy, ugly, fat, kiss ass, paranoid, generally anything bad or referring to one's stupidity or unliablilty.

Don't be such a Patano. (Don't be such a bitch, crazy person, kiss ass, idiot, etc.)

You are acting like a Patano. (you are acting tlike an idiot, paranoid, supreme bitch, etc)

Patanties

pajamas and panties at the same time.

It is what you say when you want your roommates boyfriend to leave so you can get dressed. You will need to undress so you will be in your panties and then put on your pajamas. It is just a simpler way of saying "I'm getting undressed and ready for bed, please leave." So instead you say "Patanties!" and he will leave not knowing what just happened.
