A bunch of eggheads got together and decided this whole humanity thing wasn't really working out, and that there should be a definitive scale available for people to plan ahead for their weekend. Measured in "minutes to midnight", it aims to provide a realistic expectation of the likelihood of having to go that social engagement you've been dreading, with any mention of "seconds to midnight" providing a valid excuse for having one more drink, since your chances of living to experience the hangover are drastically reduced.

The act of endlessly scrolling through bad news on social media or news websites, often causing increased anxiety or feelings of hopelessness. Originates from the video game "Doom" and represents the chaotic and never-ending flow of negative content.

Dooch

Someone who is both a douche and a chooch. I.e. From douche: 1. Someone who is more than a jerk, tends to think he's top notch, does stuff that is pretty brainless, thinks he is so much better than he really is, and is normally pretty good at ticking people off in an immature way. And from chooch: 1. Jackass, dummy, idiot, or moron. 2. A chooch is a person, who against better judgement, acts inappropriately. Could also be Chouche, but then it just sounds like chooch. So Dooch it is.

That dingleberry sure excels at being such a Grade-A high-end dooch.
