When every song on an album sounds exactly the same (making the album repetitive). Named after Jandek's 1978 album, "Ready for the House", because every song the album uses the same weird/repetitive notes.

A new yet untested piece of technology that's currently not ready to replace anything related to the industrial revolution and therefore not ready for mass consumption.

Historically a phrase used to declare confidence. However, by association with a number of ill-fated events, now a term used when one has not fully prepared for a task but is willing to proceed with said task regardless. Or when one believes one is fully prepared for a task, but it is abundantly clear to the onlooker that they are not.
As Oates stepped out of the tent, he turned back to Scott and exclaimed, "do not worry; I'm Man of Kent ready!"
Prior to the events that unfolded in the early hours of 15th April, RMS Titanic was broadly considered to be Man of Kent ready.
"Dude how's the marathon training going?"
"Man of Kent ready, mate. Totally got this covered"
"If it's good enough for the Man of Kent, it's good enough for me"

"ready ready" is a term used by ride operators at amusement parks. The term is more often used at roller coasters, but can also be used at other rides. This is a follow up remark to the first "ready," which is given by the controls host to indicate that the ride is ready to be dispatched. "ready ready" is used to indicate that the ride operators who are responsible for checking seats are taking too long and need to hurry up. The first "ready" also indicates that the ride is at its dispatch interval. The "ready ready" indicates to the other ride operators that the ride has either been at its dispatch interval for a while, or that it has missed, or is about to miss its dispatch interval.
