An unhealthy fat person walking 1 mile (5,280ft) is really like them walking approximately 6.5 miles(34,320ft) because they'll most likely get tired or hungry and become weaker and weaker. Not necessarily used to relate the amount of time it takes for them to complete the stated miles but more the amount of effort and concern for actually finishing.
