When your brain is all foggy and you have a hard time separating the concrete & abstract.

Side-note: Fogged up is also how Danish people pronounce "fucked up".

As Alice came to her senses her head was a bit fogged up from the accident, it felt as though she was still in wonderland, but had a hard time discerning what was real.

When an average/ugly woman is completely overshadowed by a hot one. Usually happens when they take a picture together, and the hotter one makes the uglier one look 100x worse by comparison. Its male version is “mogged”. Both terms are frequently used by the looksmaxxing comunity.

When a person is in such a state of thirst that it becomes an impairment to their vision and thinking. Furthermore, it becomes the inner motivation for their actions.

Johnny: Jimmy, you okay? You seem so thirsty right now.
Jimmy: I know, it is such a bother. The thirst fog is consuming me.
