Hershey Brother
A term of endearment used between the recipients and donors of a fecal transplant.
Recipients of a fecal transplant who see marked enough positive effect to warrant becoming a donor themselves may extend the brotherhood by the act of donating. The original donor may only expand the brotherhood by further donations to new individuals.
