This is a dance mainly done by the rose drinkers of the south west,
the dance involves bending forwards as to touch your hands with ur toes and relaxing ur body and wiggle around, therefore taking on the appearance of a marshmallow, best danced to fedde la grand or something of similar chav beat,
the dance is set to hit the club scene in a big way this 2008.

When one dances like a penguin, taking short steps whith knees together. Best practiced with arms at sides and hands stretched outwards for maximum effect. Ultrapractical when you are having a bad day because you are automatically guaranteed to start laughing and have a fantastical rest of the day.
Ex: I was having an awful day, then I penguin danced; now I'm having a wonderfully smiley, fantastically beautiful day again.

A "dance ticket" is a world wide term describing an amount of currency usually in the form of a bank note for the exchange of a lap dance.
The value/amount of a "dance ticket" is variable. It can vary depending on country, region, province, state, area, city, etc.
The service provided in exchange for a "dance ticket" is highly variable. It can vary based on the establishments style or quality as well as the dancer's quality of service, performance, mood, song that's playing, etc.
A common "dance ticket" in Canada would be the $20 bank note.
A common "dance ticket" in the USA could vary from a $20 bank note all the way down to the $1 note, depending on state/city.
It should be apparent that no matter where a person is on earth, a certain single bank note, one which is usually obtained easily from an ATM, can be used to get a lap dance, hence "dance ticket".

Sequence from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure (seen in the manga and the anime, too) in which the characters Narancia, Mista, and Fugo perform a dance while torturing Mr. Zucchero. Probably the best sequence of all Part 5 or of the entire series. Essentially, victorious but also umiliating dance done by three mafia guys against another one.
Narancia: He's headed for the 9th Circle of Hell, according to this name divination! *laughs in Italian*
*music from stereo plays torture dance*
Narancia: * dances *
Mista: * joins the dance *
Fugo: * joins the dance *
Zucchero: * suffers due to his eye torture *

Hudson's Bouncer: "Hey, what are you doing? It's different."
Dancer: "Yo, I'm just freeze dancing."
Hudson's Bouncer: "It's time to drag you out by the neck."
