A form of exclamation which originated in Glasgow, Scotland.

Used to expresses ones interest, excitement or approval when talking about something.

1st Person: "Hey, I got tickets to go and see Justice at the Arches!"

2nd Person: "BOOMTIME mate!"

OR

"I got 5 A's in my exams! BOOMTIME!"
