A person in a leadership role who abuses their "power" to overwork, underpay, undermine, etc their subordinates in the most unethical way. They usually do not belong in their role as they haven't had any formal training and just ended up their by sucking the dicks/tits of their former superiors. And are addicted to their Instagram numbers during all other waking hours.
Usually between 16 and 22 years of age, they're careers are over before they start due to their addiction to MDMA and swollen genitals. Busted, broke and living like slobs, sometimes 3 or 4 to a room, in model apartments in New York, London and L.A. Insta-Club Rats are the dumbest of all the Club Rats and Promo Hoes.
