In the event that the signatory fails to gain access to heaven, the signet will default to one random heaven-goer. The signet will be removed immediately upon use. And the remaining soul will remain untarnished in perpetuity.' You are trying to reap the benefits of the contract without honoring the contract and IN DOING SO you cannot nullify the contract.
